摘要
机电产品综合性能在设计各个阶段逐步形成。设计目标、产品模型和优化过程的动态演进最终决定产品综合性能的优劣。以产品综合性能优化为总目标,提出了以功能优化设计为总领、动态优化设计为核心、智能优化设计为目标、可视优化设计为手段的机电产品综合性能优化设计方法,构建了机电产品综合性能优化设计的过程模型。
Integrative characteristics of mechatronic products were generated step by step in every design phase, and the ultimate optimality of integrative characteristics was subject to dynamic evolvements of design objects, product models and optimization process. Regarding optimality of integrative characteristics of prod- ucts as the overall object, a design methodology of integrative characteristics optimization for mechatronic products was put forward, with function optimization design as its outset, dynamic optimization its core, intelligence optimization its object and visibility optimization its means. Finally, a process model of integrative characteristics optimization design for mechatronic products was established.
