摘要
使用喷雾造粒工艺,制得用于光纤连接器的ZrO2陶瓷粉。通过对雾化浆料、造粒颗粒等参数的改变,研究了其对成瓷密度的影响。结果发现,浆料含固率、雾化频率的变化、进出口风温控制对陶瓷致密性起到决定性作用。实验得出的最佳生产参数:固相质量分数40%,雾化转速12000 r/min,进风温度120℃,排风温度100℃。
By using spray granulation process, ZrO2 ceramic powder in the production of fiber optic connectors was made. Through changing the atomization slurry and the granulation particle parameters, the influence of the density of porcelain was studied. The results showed that slurry containing solid rate, the atomization of the frequency change, and air temperature control the import and export of ceramics play a decisive role of the compact. The optimum production parameters are:solid-phase mass 40 %, spray granulation rotation speed 12 000 r/min,import air temperature 120 ℃, and export air temperature 100 ℃.
