摘要
中国古典管理思想是中国两千多年农业宗法社会国家管理的指针,成熟于春秋战国的社会大变革时期。它以儒、法、道、兵四家的管理思想为其主体结构。用现代管理学视角进行诠释,则儒家更注重于组织管理,法家更注重于控制管理,道家更注重于领导艺术,兵家更注重于管理决策。在现代管理研究中,中国古典管理思想仍有不应忽视的借鉴意义。
Chinese classical management thinking is guideline of the national agricultural patriarchal management of more than 2 000 years in China,which matured in the Chun and Qiu period of .social change. It regarded Confucianists, Legalists, Taoism, and militarist thinking of the management as its main structure. From the management perspective with modern interpretation, Confucianists pay more attention to the management and control, Legalists focus more on management, Taoism focuses more on the art of leadership, militarists strategists pay more attention to management decisions. In modern management studies, the Chinese Classical management thinking there should not lose sight of reference.
