摘要
为考察混凝土桥面板更换为正交异性钢桥面板后桥面板与纵横梁的协同工作状况,对全桥试验荷载作用下桥面板更换前后纵横梁相应测点处应变进行对比分析。用ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用壳单元建立了正交异性钢桥面板和纵横梁共同工作的局部三维有限元模型,按照有关规范规定对模型加载,对比分析了桥面板更换前后纵横梁受力状况。结果表明,新老构件协同工作效果良好,可判断大跨度栓焊桁架桥采用正交异性板进行加固有着很好的效果。
Comparative analysis is made of the strain at the corresponding test points of the longitudinal and transverse beams before and after replacement of the deck under the full bridge test load to study their coordinated work condition after the concrete deck is replaced with the steel orthotropic deck. The software ANSYS is adopted for finite element analysis, and, with the shell elements, a local 3D finite element model is set up and loaded as per relevant specifications to compare and analyze the forces on those beams before and after deck replacement. The result is that good results can be achieved by the coordinated work of old and new components, from which it can be deduced that the bolted and welded truss bridge with a large span can be strengthened effectively with the orthotropic deck.
