案例与多媒体辅助教学提高临床见习教学质量

Improving the Teaching of Clinical Internship of the Medical Students at the Respiratory Department with Cases and Multi-media Aided Instruction

摘要 临床七年制医学生见习呼吸系统疾病具有一定的特殊性,主要是学生的学制相对较短而要求很高、需要鉴别的疾病种类繁多而临床表现差异较大、肺部影像学等鉴别方法专业性强,仅靠单一的临床见习难以满足教学需要。采取案例与多媒体教学相结合的临床见习办法,有利于学生全面掌握疾病的诊治,提高教学质量,为今后临床实习打下良好的基础。 Medical students of 7 - year course having internship for clinical practice at the respiratory department need to study a large number of topics, to diagnose a large number of respiratory diseases with varying clinical symptoms, and they are acquired professional skills to read pulmonary hnages, All these should be completed in a short period of time. Internship alone does not adequately meet the requirements. Cases and multi- media teaching xxili help the students to master the techniques of diagnosis, improves the quality' of teaching, and lay solid foundation for the future.
