摘要
选用华南地区广泛应用的6个不育系和6个恢复系,以不完全双列杂交配制36个杂交组合,研究了12个品质性状的配合力。结果表明,12个品质性状一般配合力方差和特殊配合力方差均达到了显著或极显著水平,说明这些性状同时受基因的加性和非加性效应的共同作用,且均以加性效应占主导地位。亲本的一般配合力与组合特殊配合力在各性状上都是相互独立的,没有明显的对应关系。在对亲本主要品质性状的综合评价上,供试的不育系以双青A最好,万金A、博A、Ⅱ-32 A较好;恢复系以广恢998、桂99最好,HR 15较好。
Twelve widely utilized indica parents of noah China, including 6 sterile lines and 6 restorer lines, were chose to analyze the combining ability of 12 quality characters by the way of NC Ⅱ mating design. The results showed that both general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) of all the quality characters determined were significant at 5% or 1% level. It meant that all characters were both affected by the additive effects and non-additive effects, and the former were more important than the latter. The GCA and SCA effect were independent each other, which suggests that it is essential to make widely testcrosses in the selection of hybrid combinations. Based on the GCA effect and SCA variances of the parents gqing A,Wanjin A,Bo A and Ⅱ -32 A and restorer lines Guanghui 998 ,gui99 and HR 15 at the major quality characters. , sterile lines Shuanwere recommendable
