苦荞品种(系)主要农艺性状与蛋白质含量的聚类分析 被引量:16

摘要 对来自5个国家的55份苦荞的9个主要农艺性状及蛋白质含量进行了主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:供试材料具有中、矮秆,主茎节数、有效花序数、蛋白质含量适中,一级分枝数偏多、总分枝数偏少,千粒重、单株粒重偏低和生育期较长等特点。主成分分析将9个主要农艺性状简化为5个综合指标,其累积贡献率达87.77%。入选材料应是主茎节数、一级分枝数、总分枝数适中,有效花序数和千粒重偏高,中矮秆的材料。据此标准,筛选到九江苦荞和苦刺荞2份综合农艺性状优异的材料。基于性状表现,供试材料可分为低产晚熟型、多分枝高蛋白型、早熟粒重型等3类,但聚类结果与地理来源并不完全一致。 Based on cluster analysis and principal components analysis,9 mainly agronomic characters and the protein content of 55 varieties (lines)of tartary buckwheat came from 5 country were studied in this paper. It has shown that the materials had mid-low stalk, moderate number of main stem nodes, number of effective in- florescences and grain protein content, more number of primary branches, shorter total number of branches, lower 1 000-seed yield and seed yield per plant, longer growth period. 9 mainly agronomic characters were changed into 5 indexes through principal components analysis, and the principal factors were found to contribute 87.77% to yield. The optimal type were that total number of branches,number of primary branches,number of main stem nodes and plant height were moderate or lower, number of effective inflorescenees and 1000-seed yield were higher. Jiujiangkuqiao and prickly buckwheat were picked out for their good agronomic characters according to the criteria. Based on the agronomic characters and the protein content, 55 varieties (lines) were also divided into 3 groups,namely low-yield and late-maturing type ,multi-branch and high-protein type, early-mature and high-seed weight type, and the variation of cluster analysis were not much associated with its geographical distribution.
