经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术临床分析
摘要
目的探讨经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术对治疗二尖瓣狭窄的临床疗效。方法应用改良;Inoue法对二尖瓣狭窄进行分离。结果52例二尖瓣狭窄经皮球囊成形术(PBMV)全部成功,随访6个月至2年显示心功能及二尖瓣口面积持续改善。结论PBMV是一种创伤小、痛苦小、安全、疗效高及康复快的非手术疗法。
