摘要 目的探讨唐古特大黄中五种蒽醌衍生物的含量与生长年限的关系。方法用高效液相色谱法测定不同生长年限唐古特大黄中大黄素、大黄酚、大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄素甲醚的含量。色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85∶15),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为254nm,柱温为室温,按外标法定量。结果与结论唐古特大黄中五种蒽醌衍生物的含量随生长年限的增加而增加,第4年增长趋势变缓,且两年生唐古特大黄已符合药典要求。 OBJECTIVE To investigate variations of anthraquinone derivatives in Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf. of different growing periods. METHODS The emodin, chrysophanol, rhein, aloe-emodin and physcion in Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Ball. of different growing periods were determined by HPLC on a Kromasil C18 column with methol-0.1 % phosphoric acid (85: 15) as mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The wavelength of UV detector was 254 nm, and the column temperature was room temperature and the quantification used external standard method. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The contents of emodin, chrysophanol, rhein, aloe-emodin and physcion in Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf. increased with growing periods. The trend of growth became slow of the forth year. The Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf. cuhivaled for two years can achieve criterion in ChP.
