摘要
目的筛选消痘洗面奶的最佳提取工艺及成型工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以干膏率和芍药苷提取率作考察指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间及煎煮次数对干膏率和芍药苷提取的影响;按照QB/T1645-2004标准,考察乳化温度和载药量对洗面奶制备工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺是加14倍量的水,煎3次,每次30min;制备洗面奶的最佳条件:乳化温度为80℃~85℃,载药量为60%。结论该工艺合理可行。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process and the forming process of Cleansing Facial Milk for treating ache. METHODS Ratio of dry extraction and the transfer rate of Paeoniflorin were used as the index, and the orthogonal test was adopted to observe the influences of decoction-extraction times, decoction-extractlon durations and the amount of water added on the effects of extraction; The influences of the forming process of Cleansing Facial Milk according to QB/T 1645 -2004 were observed. RESULTS The optimum conditions is to put fourteen times of water and decoct three times, each for 30 minutes. The optimum conditions are: emulsifying temperature 80 ℃ -85 ℃ ,the loading ratio of 60%. CONCLUSION The technology is reasonable and practicable.
