HPLC测定参术儿康糖浆中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量

Determination of 2,3,5,4'-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Shenzhu Erkang Syrup by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定参术儿康糖浆中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量。方法采用TechsphereC18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水(16∶84);检测波长为320nm;柱温为40℃。结果2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷进样量在0.04496～0.22480μg内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为100.25%(RSD=0.69%,n=5)。结论方法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D- glucoside in Shenzhu Erkang syrup. METHODS The Techsphere C18 column was used as the stationary phase with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（ 16： 84）. The detection wavelength was 320 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. RESULTS The linear range of 2,3,5,4 ＇ -tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was 0. 044 96 -0. 224 80 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 100.25% with the RSD of 0.69% （n = 5）. CONCLUSION The method is convenient and accurate. It ean be used for the quality control of 2,3,5,4＇ -tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glueoside in Shenzhu Erkang syrup.
