Determination of Tetracaine Hydrochloride in Injection by HPLC

目的建立盐酸丁卡因注射液的含量测定方法。方法采用Inertsil C8-3(4.6mm×250mm5μm)的色谱柱,以乙腈-水(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长为310nm,流速1.0mL·min-1。结果在3.2～22.4μg·mL-1范围内成线性关系,y=64659x-29763(r=0.9992)平均回收率为100.47%,RSD为0.89%。结论本方法简单、准确,可用于盐酸丁卡因注射液含量的快速定量分析。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of tetracaine hydrochloride in injection. METHODS HPLC was adopted with Inertsil C8-3 （4.6 mm×250 mm 5 μm ） columnas analytical column, acetonitrile-water（ 80： 20） as the mobile phase. The flow rate and detection wavelength was 1.0 mL·min^-1, 310 nm, respectively. RESULTS The linear range of tetracaine hydrochloride were 3.2 - 22.4 μg·mL^-1, r =0.9992, the average recovery was 100.47%, RSD was 0.89% （n = 5）. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of tetracaine hydrochloride in injection.
