摘要
目的研究银杏达莫注射液在5种常用输液中的稳定性。方法考察银杏达莫注射液与5种输液配伍后的外观、pH值、微粒及紫外吸收光谱的变化。结果银杏达莫注射液与5种输液配伍后,其外观、pH值、紫外吸收光谱图形均无显著性改变,在4h内,银杏达莫与复方氯化钠配伍含量随时间延长有下降趋势;与复方氯化钠和葡萄糖氯化钠配伍后微粒完全符合药典规定,其余3种输液与银杏达莫配伍后,微粒均不符合标准。结论银杏达莫最好与葡萄糖氯化钠配伍应用。
OBJECTIVE To study the compatible stability of Yinxingdamo injection in five infusions. METHODS The appearance,pH value, micrones and UV absorption spectrum were determined respectively. RESULTS There were no significant changes after matching in appearance, pH value and UV absorption spectrum. But the micrones of the matching compounds were all failed to meet the standard except sodium chloride compound and Glucose sodium chloride infusions. CONCLUSION Yinxindamo can be combined with Glucos sodium chloride infusion.
