城市中各个级别的公共图书馆构成了公共图书馆服务体系。省图书馆、市图书馆以及区、街道、社区图书馆承担了不同的职责和任务,只有分工协作,有效地发挥各个级别公共图书馆服务的作用,才能较快地实现构建覆盖全社会的公共文化服务体系的目标。

In the city, different levels of public libraries constitute the public library service system. This article discusses the different responsibilities and the duties of the provincial library, the city library as well as the district, the street and the community libraries, analyzes the main services of different libraries, and proposes only through dividing the work, strengthening cooperation and displaying the functions of different public libraries effectively, will the public culture services of the entire society come true quickly.
