摘要
探讨运用无限寿命法和有限寿命法对铸钢节点进行构件疲劳强度验算的过程。目前铸钢节点最常用的铸钢材料为GS20Mn5V,而关于GS20Mn5V的疲劳强度数据还非常缺乏。为此提出一种建立铸钢构件S-N曲线的简化方法,并根据构件厚度对S-N曲线进行修正。最后以杭州湾跨海大桥海中平台观光塔铸钢节点为例,说明铸钢节点的构件疲劳寿命估算过程。
A check process of fatigue strength of members for cast steel node was studied by both infinite life method and finite life method. Now the commonly used cast material for node in civil engineering is GS20Mn5V, but no fatigue strength data of GS20Mn5V is available. A simplified method was proposed to construct the S-N curve of cast steel component. The thicknesses effect was considered by influence factors to modify the S -N curve. Finally the cast steel nodes in the tour tower structure on the platform of Hangzhou Bay Bridge were taken as examples to illustrate the process of their fatigue life assessment.
