摘要
介绍曲阜孔子文化会展中心展厅钢结构工程安装施工技术。作为三角管桁架结构,两个展厅用钢量共8000多吨,所有桁架都需在施工现场拼装焊接,且土建、幕墙等各专业之间施工安排交叉严重,现场协调、配合难,安全隐患多。经过精心组织、方案优化,最终只用66d就完成了现场拼装、安装工作,是钢结构安装施工的一个典型工程。
It is presented the erection technique of steel structures for halls of Qufu Confucian Cultural Convention and Exhibition Center. As a triangular pipe truss, the steel dosage for two exhibition halls is more than 8 000 t, and all the trusses need assembly and welding at worksite. Therefore, it is very difficult for construction arrangement and site coordination among civil construction and other specialities. Site assembly and erection are finished within 66 d by careful organization and optimized scheme, which is a typical project of steel structure erection.
