体外震波碎石治疗输尿管下段结石65例报告

REPORT OF 65 CASES WITH LOWER PART URETER STONES TREATED BY EXTRACORPOREAL SHOCK WAVE LITHOTRIPSY

目的：探讨体外震波碎石治疗输尿管下段结石的方法。方法：采用俯卧位下B超定位体外震波碎石治疗输尿管下段结石65例。结果：结石经1次治疗粉碎者52例，2次粉碎者13例，粉碎率100％，术后结石排净率达到89．2％（58／65），部分病人出现轻微血尿、大便潜血、发热、绞痛等并发症，多能自行恢复。结论：体外震波碎石治疗输尿管下段结石具有效果确切、创伤小、并发症轻微等优点。

Object: To discuss the treatment effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESSL) in patients with lower part wreter stones. Method: Using ESWL technique, the authors have treated 65 cases with lower part wreter stones,which are located by B-type wltrasound,when all patients are in prone position. Results: All tsones smashed after one time of ESWL treatment are in cases,and smashed after two times of ESWL treatment are in 13 cases. Here the gnind rate is 100%,the completely removing rate is 89. 2% (58/65). Some patients have complicated symptoms such as microhematuria,occult blood in stool,fever and colicky pain etc,but soon all are spontaneous recovery. Conclusion: Using ESWL to treat ureterrolith has many adoantages including unequiovocal effect,little trauma and mild complications.
