摘要
本文介绍了西门子S7-300PLC在电解铝多功能天车中的应用。由于系统I/0点数过多,工程技术人员单独利用PLCSIM进行功能仿真比较繁琐,西门子自动化系统的集成编程概念为工程技术人员提供了方便,因此利用step7与WINCC集成编程来实现电解铝多功能天车功能调试显得比较直观,且易进行功能故障分析。
Application of SIEMENS S7-300PLC in multifunctional electrolytic aluminum crane is introduced in this artical. Function simulation of multifunctional electrolytic aluminum crane using PLCSIM miscellaneously in the result of excessive I/O system point number.Integrated programming of Siemens Automatic System provides convenience for engineering technicians. Therefore it seems intuitive that function debugging of multifunctional electrolytic aluminum crown block effected by STEP7 and WlNCC integrated program,moreover, it is easy to to analyze functional fault.
