内波纹螺纹管传热性能及流体阻力的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对七种不同结构参数的内波纹螺纹管,进行单相传热与流体阻力对比实验,并与光管进行比较。实验介质:管内为柴油,管外为蒸汽冷凝。经对主要结构参数(螺距与波谷深进行了分析,筛选出传热性能好,流体阻力较小的结构。并用多元回归法整理出计算传热与阻力系数的经验并联式。 The comparative experiments of single phase heat transfer and fluid resistance are carried out for 7 kinds of in-wavy surface and out-serpentine tube, in which the diesel oil flowing inside tubes and the steam condensating outside tubes, with different structure parameters,and the results are compared with those of smooth tube. Analyzing the effects of the main structure parameters(wavy pitch and wavy height )on heat transfer and fluid resistance, the structure type with higher heat transfer coefficient and lower fluid resistance is selected. The empirical equations for predicting heat transfer coefficients and fluid resistance factors are given by the multi-element linear regression method.
