本文根据电石炉自动上料系统的要求描述了该系统的控制策略,实现方式。由于电石炉生产环境比较恶劣,对控制系统的稳定性和可靠性要求较高,而SAIA^(?)PCD具有极高的长期无故障运行的能力,能够在非常恶劣的工作环境可靠稳定运行,并且具备强大的运算处理能力和开放的通信接口,保证了生产过程的高效,稳定,提升了产品品质,具有很好的应用价值。
According to the requirements of calcium carbide furnace＇s automatic feeding systenm, the text describes its control strategy and realization way. Due to the harsh production enviroment of the calcium carbide furnace, there is rigorous requirement to control systems in the aspect of stability and reliability.
