摘要
通过对颗粒床除尘器高温条件下的实验研究,探讨不同工况时除尘效率和压力损失的变化规律。推导了除尘效率和压力损失与温度的关系,并与试验结果作了比较。结果表明,随着烟气温度的升高,除尘效率和压力损失均逐渐增大。
The goal of this study was to evaluate the performance of granular filter designed for hot gas cleaning.The effect of temperature on the characteristic of granular bed filter for high temperature dust removal was studied,and a formula of temperature versus dust removal efficiency and pressure drop was obtained.Moreover,the experimental results were similar with those of the formula.With the increase of temperature,the dust-removing efficiency and pressure drop would become higher during the process of dust-cleaning.
