摘要
水在油中的溶解度很低,常见的负压闪蒸原油稳定过程及井场的油、水与伴生气分离过程,实际上均为三相闪蒸过程。本文采用比较简单、实用、准确的汽液平衡模型,针对N-R法迭代过程中初值敏感的问题,经研究、计算,找到了油-水物系VLLE计算的初值规律,程序能根据规律自动确定初值,使相应的迭代过程准确、迅速收敛。
Typical three-phase flash processes are oil stabilization process under vaccum flash and the separation of oil, water and accompanying-gas in well field, since the solubility of water in oil is very low. A simple, useful and accurate VLE model is used to find the rules g' overning the initial values of VLLE in oil-water system by calculating and investigating the sensitivity of initial values in N-R iteration method. The initial values can be obtained automatically from the programme compiled with the rules proposed ,so the iteration is carried out accurately and fastly.
