摘要
利用FLUENT6.3软件分别对下进气方式下的直管式和四棱台式两种不同进口结构的袋式除尘器内部流场进行模拟,根据数值模拟的结果,对其进行各自内部流场均匀性的分析研究,在此基础上对两种不同进口结构的袋式除尘器内部流场的性质进行比较,模拟结果对袋式除尘器的设计有一定的参考价值。
The FLUENT6.3 software is used to simulate the inside flow field of the two down air inlets bag filters,i.e.straight tube inlet and quadrangular inlet.It is analyzed the characteristics of the inside field of two kinds of bag filters based on the result of numerical simulation.On the basis of which,it is compared the field property of the two kinds of bag filters,and the simulation result may be a reference for the design of a bag-type collector.
