微波辅助提取挤压大豆中异黄酮的最佳条件 被引量:1

摘要 通过观察液料比、微波提取时间等因素对挤压大豆中异黄酮得率的影响,选取乙醇浓度、提取时间和微波功率进行响应曲面试验,并通过对照试验观察挤压技术对大豆异黄酮得率的影响。试验结果表明,微波辅助提取大豆异黄酮的最佳条件为乙醇浓度为90%,提取时间为5min,微波功率为540W,提取液H+浓度为2.0mol/L,液料比(V/W)为20,提取1次。此条件下大豆异黄酮得率为0.50%,显著高于对照试验。挤压技术处理有利于大豆异黄酮的提取,微波技术提取大豆异黄酮效果优于对照试验方法。 In this research,effect of extrusion technology on soybean isoflavone was studied,the optimal extract condition was confirmed. The optimal microwave-assisted extraction condition was confirmed by the single factor of the power of microwave, the time of microwave-assisted extraction, the response surface methodology experiment and so on. Control experiments were as follows:isoflavone was extracted from soybean unextruded by using microwave and ethanol. The optimal microwave-assisted extraction condition as follows: the time of microwave-assisted extraction was 5 rain, the ratio of solution to material(V/W) was 20, the power of microwave-assisted extraction was 540 W, the content of ethanol in solution was 90%, the content of H^+ in the extracton solution was 2. 0 mol/L,the number of extraction was once. The yield of the isoflavone under the optimal extraction condition was 0.50% ,which was significantly different from the yield of the control. Extrusion technology benefits isoflavone extraction,and microwave-assisted extraction method is better than ethanol extraction method. It was confirmed that the extraction condition described above was stable.
