摘要 采用加速溶剂萃取-凝胶色谱净化-三重四极杆串联气相色谱质谱多离子反应监测技术建立了土壤中16种多环芳烃的分析方法。通过优化试验条件,方法线性关系良好,16种多环芳烃的最低检出浓度在0.055~0.585μg/kg之间。回收率在72.1%~101.4%之间,相对标准偏差在2.9%~9.5%之间。大量实际样品的测定结果表明,该方法定性定量准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,能够满足实际土壤分析工作的需要。 A method was established by gas chromatography mass spectrometry MRM determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil samples with Accelerated Solvent Extraction Coupled with GPC Cleanup after detective condition was optimized. The linear relations between absorption value and each PAHs mass concentration were good, and detection limits ranged from 0.055 to 0.585μg/kg. The most of recoveries for PAHs ranged between 72.1% and 101.4%, the relative standard deviations of blank standard addition ranged from 2.9 % to 9.5 %. The results of actual samples determination show the method has good effect and meets the de mand of soil analysis.
