摘要
目的:建立复方醋酸氯己定含漱液的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在k=290.11nm处测定普鲁卡因的含量,在k=253.48nm及入=318.23nm处采用双波长分光光度法测定醋酸氯己定的含量。结果:盐酸普鲁卡因在2.0-15.0μg/ml范围内,醋酸氯己定在5.0-18.0μg/ml范围内,其吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数分别为r=0.99998和r=0.99992;普鲁卡因平均回收率为101.1%,RSD=0.7%;醋酸氯己定的平均回收率为99.76%,RSD=0.5%。结论:该法简单、快速,可作为该制剂含量测定的有效方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Compound Chlorhexidine Acetate Gargle. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used,procaine was determined at 290.11 nm;chlorhexidine acetate was determined at 253.48nm and 318.23nm. Results: Procaine and chlorhexidine acetate presented a good linear correlation at a range of 2.0-15.0μg/ml(r=0.999 98) and 5.0-18.0μg/ml(r=0.99992) respectively. Average recovery of procaine was 101.1% ,RSD= 0.7% ; average recovery of chlorhexidine acetate was 99.76%, RSD=0.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and it can be used for the determination of Compound Clorhexidine Acetate Gargle.
