糖尿病肾病临床诊治分析

Analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的:早期诊断、早期治疗糖尿病,预防糖尿病肾病的发生。方法:对近7年来收治的糖尿病肾病86例患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果:好转46例,无好转或病情加重32例,死亡8例。结论:目前对糖尿病肾病的治疗,除严格控制血糖、血压、降血脂外,尚无特效疗法。早期诊断治疗可提高糖尿病患者生存质量,减少糖尿病肾病的发生,降低病死率。

Objective： To diagnose and treat diabetes mellitus （DM） in time, and prevent diabetic nephropatby. Methods： Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 86 cases DN patients during the last seven years. Results： 46 cases got better,32 cases didn＇t get better even got worse, 8 cases died. Conclusion： There is no special treatment for DN, besides to control blood glucose, blood pressure and blood fat strictly. And early diagnosis and treatment can improve patients＇ living quality and decrease the incidence of diabetic nephropathy and death rate.
