介绍了三河尖矿针对矿井投产基础差、地质构造复杂、迁村量大等不利因素,在建设高产高效矿井方面所开展的合理生产布局、组织科技攻关、狠抓重点区队单产单进水平、深化内部改革等一系列工作,取得较好效果,连续保持了"部级双高矿井"称号。
