全直肠系膜切除联合双吻合器治疗低位直肠癌

Total mesorectal excision combined double stapling technique in treatment of low rectal cancer

目的探讨全直肠系膜切除(TME)联合双吻合器(DST)在低位直肠癌手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2004年至2006年15例直肠癌应用全直肠系膜切除联合双吻合器行低位直肠前切除的临床资料。结果本组无死亡病例。无排尿及性功能障碍并发症,1例吻合口漏、2例吻合口狭窄。结论全直肠系膜切除联合双吻合器的应用可保持盆腔脏器功能,是治疗低位直肠癌的有效方法。术后吻合口瘘和吻合口狭窄是双吻合器手术的主要并发症。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the combination of total mesoreetal excision （TME） and double srapling Technique （DST） on treatment of low rectal carcinoma. Methods： Retrospective study was used to analyze the clinical data of the total 15 patients with low rectal cancer undergone low anterior resection with TME combined DST from 2004 to 2006 year., Results： No operative death, dysuria and sexual dysfunction occurred. The anastomotie leakage occurred in 1 case, and anastomotic stricture occurred in 5cases. Conclusion： TME combined DST is an effective method to maintain pelvic organ function in treatment of low rectal cancer. Anastomotie leakage and stricture are two common complications of low anterior resection with TME combined DST.
