临床幽门螺杆菌的检测方法与评价

Clinical detecting methods of helicobacter pylori and the evaluation

目的对幽门螺杆菌分离培养、组织切片染色镜检、快速尿素酶几种常用的临床诊断Hp感染的方法进行评价,为临床选择诊断Hp感染的方法提供依据。方法以Hp分离培养为标准方法,比较评估其它方法。结果常用Hp培养基和小型装置有很高的Hp检出率,151例待测样品中培养阳性68例(45.03%)。结论除培养法外,组织切片染色镜检和RUT联合检查也有良好的专一性(97.65%)和较高的敏感度。

Objective： By evaluating usually uesed detecting methods of Helicobacter Pylori infection,including Helicobacter Pylori isolated culture,histology and rapid urease test（RUT）,proof could be provided to dectect Helicobacter Pylori infection. Methods： Other methods were evaluated by comparing with Helicobacter Pylofi isolated culture which was viewed as standard. Re- suits： The detection rate is high by using self-made Helicobacter Pylori medium and device.68 cases of positive samples were contained in 151 cases. Conclusions： The combined detection of Giemsa stain with RUT has good speecificity（97.65%） and high sensitivity besides using Helicobacter Pylori isolated culture.
