摘要
低温等离子体技术是一项全新的柴油机排气后处理净化技术,它能同时对柴油机的多种排放有害物进行净化。文章结合船舶自身特点,提出了"等离子体+海水吸收"处理船舶柴油机尾气的新方法,重点探讨了"通气喷嘴电极+海水液流膜极板"新型电极系统及净化反应器,以实现以湿空气为自由基源物质,通过直流电晕放电自由基簇射,结合海水吸收脱除烟气中的NOX、SOX、HC、PM等物体的可行性。
Non - thermal plasma is a brand - new after - treatment technology for diesel emission control, which may be a promising after- treatment for simultaneous control of diesel engine emissions. According to the shipb characteristic, this paper proposed a new method -"Non- thermal plasma + sea water absorption" to deal with marine diesel exhaust gas. And on the basis of this method, this paper also proposed a new electrode system - "gas nozzle electrode + sea water film plate electrode" and purification reactor. The NOx ,SOx ,HC ,PM and so on can remove well from marine exhaust gas using a DC corona discharge activated radical shower with moist air as radical source , combined with sea water absorption. The point of this paper is to discuss the feasibility of the method.
