摘要
以165系列柴油机飞轮为研究对象,在分析飞轮高频淬火原工艺产生裂纹的主要原因的基础上,提出了几种相应的工艺改进措施,使合格品率得到明显的提高。
The thesis discusses the high -frequency hardening technological of the series 165 diesel engine flywheel. On the base of analysizing the reason of flywheel crack, puts forward several kinds of improvement measures of technological innovation, and obtain a distinct improvement of products yield.
