In this paper,the derivations of subdirectly irreducible ring are discussed. First, several lemmas are proved. Second, we will discuss the action of derivations on subdirectly irreducible ring, and some centre element and commutativity conditions of subdirectly irreducible ring are given. At last,we will also give some results about a pair of derivations on subdirectly irreducible ring.
