摘要
以碱一硼一硅系统为研究体系,探讨了n(SiO2)/n(B2O3)比对无公害熔剂光泽度、耐蚀性、膨胀系数等性能的影响规律。用高温显微镜、热膨胀仪、光泽度仪、显微硬度仪测试了不同硼硅比的无公害熔剂的主要性能,分析了其性能变化的原因。实验结果表明,n(SiO2)/n(B2O3)为1.6~2.0时,熔剂的各种性能与彩烤效果较好。
the effect of n(SiO2)/n(B2O3) ratios on the properties of the pollution-free flux such as glossiness, corrosion resistance and expansion coefficients was discussed based on the alkali-boron-silicon system. Heating microscope, thermal dilatometer, vancometer and microhardness fester were employed to characterize the influence of different Si/B ratios on the main properties of the pollution-free flux. The reasons of the changes in the performance is analyzed. The experiments results show that the flux appears excellent performance and colors roast effect when n(SiO2)/n(B2O3) is 1.6-2.0.
