菊花状纳米Bi_2WO_6的制备及可见光催化性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂,采用水热法制备了具有特殊空间结构的纳米Bi2WO6样品。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、紫外-可见光漫反射光谱等手段对样品进行表征,并研究了纳米Bi2WO6样品对甲基橙的可见光催化降解性能。结果表明,纳米Bi2WO6样品是由长约100~200nm,宽约30~40nm,厚约20nm的扁平状长条形小颗粒组成的具有菊花状、中空疏松的聚集体。样品的紫外-可见光吸收边发生了红移现象,禁带宽度变窄为2.61ev。样品对甲基橙具有较强可见光催化降解活性。 Nano-Bi2WO6 with special structure was synthesized via hydrothermal route using sodium dodecylsulfate as surfactant. The sample was characterized with SEM, XRD and UV-vis. The photocatalysis of nano-Bi2WO6 on methyl orange was also investigated. The results indicated that nano-Bi2WO6 was chrysanthemum-like aggregator with hollow and porous structure built by many flat nano particles about 100-200nm long, 30-40nm wide and 20nm thick. Red shift was observed in the UV-vis diffuse reflection spectrum and the calculated band gap of nano-Bi2WO6 was 2.61eV. The nano-Bi2WO6 sample exhibited strong photocatalysis on the photodegradation of methyl orange.
