摘要
通过三维有限元数值模拟对淮阴三站泵房进行振动分析,研究了泵房的自振特性并进行共振校核;根据测点的压力脉动时程,构造整个流道的压力脉动场,并且对结构复杂的机组进行精确模拟,采用子结构法考虑了机组的机械不平衡力和不平衡磁拉力对泵房振动的影响;采用拟静力法、谐响应法和动力时程法分别计算了泵房的振动响应,并根据相关的水电站厂房振动控制标准对泵房振动进行评价,为工程抗振设计提供科学依据。
Vibration analysis is performed to study the free vibration and resonance characteristics of the pump-house of the third Huaiyin Pumping Station with 3-D FEM numerical simulation. On the basis of the pressure fluctuation time curves at the measured points, the pressure fluctuation field of the whole flow passage is established. The effects of the mechanical and electromagnetic unbalanced forces on the vibration of the pump-house are analyzed with the substructure method. Furthermore, the quasi-static method, the harmonic response method and the dynamic time-history method are applied to calculate the vibration response of the pump-house. The calculation results are applied to the vibration evaluation of the pump-house, providing a scientific basis for the anti-vibration design of the pumping station based on interrelated control standards.
