高效液相色谱法测定产后贴湿巾中咖啡酸的含量

Determination of the Content of Caffeic Acid in Chanhou Tieshijin by HPLC

目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定产后贴湿巾中咖啡酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为HangBang C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(23∶77);检测波长为323nm;流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为10μL。结果咖啡酸检测浓度的线性范围为0.052～0.26μg(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.44%(RSD=0.78%)。结论本方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of the content of caffeic acid in Chanhou Tieshijin. Methods The determination was performed on HangBang C18 column （200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was methanol-buffer phosphate （23 ： 77） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was set at 323 nm and the sample size was 10 μL. Results The linear range of caffeic acid was 0.052-0.26μg （r=0.9998）, with average recovery rate of 97.44% （RSD=0.78%）. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Chanhou Tieshijin.
