常规体检人群周边前房深度的调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的:调查常规体检人群周边前房深度及其和窄房角、中央前房深度、眼轴长度、晶体厚度、角膜厚度、屈光状态及眼压等的关系。方法:2003年10月~2005年2月接受常规体检的人群,共11562人(23124眼),按照Van Herick周边前房深度分级法,使用裂隙灯显微镜观察其周边前房深度,周边前房深度房角≤1/2角膜厚度(Van Herick周边前房深度分级小于3级)的受检者,进一步接受包括眼压、屈光、中央前房深度、眼轴、晶体厚度、角膜厚度等指标的检查。结果:Van Herick周边前房深度随着年龄增长逐渐变浅。周边前房深度为3级以下的女性高于男性。眼轴与周边前房深度的关系呈正的直线相关;中央前房深度与周边前房深度的关系呈正的直线相关;屈光度与周边前房深度分级呈负的直线相关。周边前房深度与晶体厚度、角膜厚度、眼压无相关关系。房角镜检查发现1221眼中96眼(7.86%)为可关闭房角,年龄、周边前房深度与可关闭房角的关系均有统计学意义。结论:周边前房深度调查对早期防治急性闭角型青光眼具有重要意义。
