Revelation of Japanese Legislation of Circular Economy on China

中国的循环经济法草案已经起草完毕,并很快就会成为法律。但政府、企业与公民个人是否已经做好了迎接的准备,并不尽然。本着它山之石可以攻玉的想法,探寻日本的循环经济法治之道,以启迪中国正在进行的循环经济立法。

The draft of the law of circular economy has been drafted out and soon will become the law. But it doesn＇t mean that the government, enterprises and the public have got ready for it. So it is a beneficial to use the successful experiences of the Japanese rule of circular economical laws and policies to make benefits for China＇s legislation on circular economy.
