铜绿假单胞菌氯霉素耐药相关基因研究

摘要 目的了解铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)氯霉素耐药相关基因的携带状况。方法采用K-B法分别对山东(A院)、江苏(B院)二家医院PAE菌临床分离株进行抗菌药物的敏感试验。采用聚合酶链反应法(PCR)对氯霉素耐药相关基因(catB、cmlA)进行检测,并对相关基因进行序列分析。结果A院30株PAE对16种抗菌药物多药耐药;B院20株PAE对16种抗菌药物均耐药;二家医院PAE对氯霉素均不敏感。A医院30株多药耐药PAE菌catB、cmlA基因均阴性;B医院20株泛耐药PAE菌cmlA基因阳性18株(阳性率90.0%),并经测序证实;catB基因均阴性。结论不同医院PAE氯霉素耐药机制可不相同,氯霉素耐药率高的原因需进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the condition of chloramphenicol resistant gene in pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods The susceptibility to 16 antibiotics was tested in pseudomonas aeruginosas (isolated from A hospital in Shandong and B hospital in Jiangsu) by paper diffusing method, and chloramphenicol resistant gene (catB, cmlA) was analysized by PCR. Results The 30 PAE isolated from A hospital were multi-drug resistant and the 20 PAE isolated from B hospital were also pan-drug resistant. The sensitivity of all PAE was resistant to chloramphenicol. The chloramphenicol resistant genes (catB, cmlA) were all tested negative in A hospital; the positive rate of cmlA gene was 90.0% (18/20) in B hospital ,and catB gene was all tested negative. Conclusions There were different conditions of chloramphenicol-drug resistance of PEA isolated from different hospitals,and the reason of high rate of drug resistance is an open question.
