2007年芜湖市艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

Analysis of AIDS voluntary counseling and testing in Wuhu City in 2007

目的了解2007年芜湖市艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）工作开展情况，为下一步开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作提供策略和依据。方法对2007年芜湖市自愿咨询检测者的人口学资料、求询原因、求询者类型、检测结果进行统计分析。结果2007年芜湖市疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊共为1044人次提供了VCT服务，其中男性537人，女性507人，以15～34岁（867人）青壮年为主，占咨询检测总人数的83．05％；求询原因以有高危性接触史为主，占91．95％（960人）；求询者类型主要是男异性接触者、男同性接触者、女异性接触者和女商业性服务人员等。检出HIV抗体阳性1例，阳性率为0．01％，感染途径为同性性接触。结论加大艾滋病自愿咨询检测推广力度，在加强性乱人群的艾滋病自愿咨询检测的基础上，提高对吸毒人群、外省嫁入本地的育龄妇女、长卡司机、农民工、孕产妇等重点人群的艾滋病自愿咨询检测率，及时发现更多的HIV感染者和艾滋病病人。

Objective The purpose of understanding AIDS voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） to work, for the next step for AIDS voluntary counseling and testing strategies and provide the basic information in 2007 in Wuhu City. Methods To analysis voluntary counseling and testing of the demographic information, the reasons and the type for those counseling, and the HIV antibody test results in Wuhu City in 2007. Results In 2007, there were 1044 people who visited the AIDS voluntary counseling and testing clinic of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Wuhu, including 537 men and 507 women, mainly of aged 15 to 34 young people （867） that accounting for 83.05%. The reasons for those counseling （960） is a history of high-risk sexual contact oriented, accounting for 91.95%. The mainly type for those counseling is male heterosexual contact, male homosexual contact, female heterosexual contacts, and the female commercial sex workers. Detected one case of HIV-positive, the positive rate was 0.01 percent, the infection via homosexual contacts. Conclusions Intensify promotion of AIDS voluntary counseling and testing, on the basis of the people of sexual chaos, and strengthening of the AIDS voluntary counseling and testing among drug users, women of other provinces in childbearing age for marrying to local, long-distance truck drivers, farmers as migrant workers, pregnant women, and so on. By AIDS voluntary counseling and testing, more HIV infected persons and AIDS patients will be timely detected.
