APLL在串联谐振式逆变电源中的应用研究

摘要 逆变电源的负载由于温度、环境等因素的变化,使其负载等效参数和固有谐振频率发生改变,导致逆变电源效率降低,输出纹波系数增大及功率开关器件应力增加。采用模拟锁相环技术实现频率自动跟踪,详细分析PLL的工作原理及特性,利用Pspice软件建立模型并仿真,最后设计硬件电路进行实验。仿真和实验表明APLL在逆变电源中的应用具有一定的可行性和有效性。 With the temperature and environment change, the equivalent parameters and inherent resonant frequency of the inverter load also change, which leads to reducing the efficiency of the inverter, increasing output ripple coefficient and the stress of the power switching devices. The paper adopted Analogue Phase Locked Loop technique to realize frequency automatic tracking, analyzed the principal and characteristic of PLL in detail, set up the model and simulated with Pspice software, then designed the circuit and made the experiment. The results of simulation and experiment proved the possibility and efficiency of the application of APLL in inverter.
