摘要 以红磷/氢氧化镁为协同阻燃剂,以POE为高分子材料增韧改性剂,以聚丙烯PP为基体,通过采用熔融混合挤出制得无卤阻燃聚丙烯复合材料材料。对该无卤阻燃聚丙烯复合材料材料进行了力学性能、阻燃性能、热性能测试,讨论了红磷/氢氧化镁复合阻燃剂的阻燃机理。实验研究表明:红磷/Mg(OH)2阻燃体系在PP中有良好的阻燃协同效应;阻燃剂用量对阻燃复合材料的力学性能有明显影响,研制的阻燃PP有产业化化生产意义。 The red phosphorus / magnesium hydroxide flame-retardants as non-halogen flame-retardant, thermoplastic elastomer POE as toughening modifier, PP as matrix were used to manufacture non-halogen flame-retardant PP composite by melt blending extrusion. The mechanics, flame-retardant, and thermal property of the composite were measured. The flame-retarding mechanism of Red Phosphorus/Magnesium Hydroxide composites was discussed. The test results have shown that red Phosphorus/Magnesium Hydroxide flame-retardant system has good effect on enhancing flame-retarding property, and flame-retardant usage has influence on mechanics property of the composite. It indicates that flame-retardant PP composite manufactured can be used in industrialization production.
