摘要
企业通过建立指标体系,利用matlab编程实现模糊多属性群决策,结合广东省科技产业发展现状,以虚拟区域孵化器网络的模式建立包括广州、深圳、珠海在内的三个虚拟网络,并对各个区域孵化器网络进行孵化能力的评价,帮助待孵企业寻找最佳规模和运转条件的区域孵化器网络。
With the farther Fuzzy multi - attribute group decision making method is carried out using matlab and the construction of index system. Considering the present situation of Guaugdong province＇s scientific and technological industry, three virtual networks including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai are established in the pattern of virtual regional incubator network. The incubating ability of regional incubator networks is evaluated to help enterprises find out the regional incubator network with the most suitable scale and operational conditions.
