The Relationship between the Labor Mobility and the Liquidity of Farmland——A Case Study of Zhaozhuang and Qilin

农地流转和劳动力转移能够相互促进相互影响,而探索有效的土地流转机制、实现劳动力的有效转移是实施农地流转的关键。但农地流转也面临一定的不确定性,土地集中能否带来规模效益以及规模效益能否持续下去、土地集中后无地农民能否得到非农就业机会以及非农收入增长是否持续稳定都成为影响和制约土地持续规模经营的潜在威胁。

The labor mobility and the liquidity of farmland can influence and accelerate each other under certain constraint conditions. In order to complete the liquidity of farmland successfully, we should establish an efficiency mechanism and solve the losing- land peasant＇s employment at first. But there are also many uncertainties, whether we can get the sustaining scale benefit from land-centralization or not is a problem, whether the losing-land peasant can get the non - agriculture employment opportunities and obtain increasing non - agriculture income or not also effect the process of land-centralization.
