摘要
本文在探讨日本企业内技能人才培养的目的以及合理性的基础上,分析了"改进改善提案制度"在我国的应用现状,明确了解决我国高技能人才短缺问题的方法和途径。文章指出首先要建立科学、系统的培训技能人才培养体系。其次要在建立企业内岗位轮换及职位升迁制度的基础上,加强企业文化的建设。最后精心设计薪酬福利系统,构建公正合理的人才评价体系。
This article analyzes the present situation of " Improved Proposals to hnprove the System" applied in China and makes it clear the way and solution to meet with shortage of workers with high techniques in China on the basis of discussing the goal and its ration of training skillful personnel inside in Japanese Enterprise. First we must establish scientific systematic systems of training skill personnel. Second we must strengthen construction of enterprise culture on the basis of establishing a system of job rotation inside the enterprise as well as that of promotion. Finally we must careful design salary welfare system and construct fair reasonable talent evaluation system.
