摘要
介绍了掺钕YAG激光晶体(Nd3+:YAG)和Nd3+:YAG激光器的工艺现状与性能水平,在激光切割、电子元器件微机械加工,尤其是在激光焊接(点焊、缝焊)方面的应用,指出激光材料加工在电子微机械加工及汽车工业具有极大的应用潜力和市场。
The technological situation and performance of Nd3+: YAG laser crystal and Nd3+: YAG laser, the application of Nd3+ : YAG in laser cutting,micromechnical processing of electronic components and devices, and laser welding (spot welding,seam welding) are briefly introduced. it is indicated that the laser material processing in microelectronic units and automobile industry will be huge application potential and market.
