Exerting the progressive effect of CPC branch on scientific research in colleges and universities is the important means to enhance the construction of CPC with the spirit of reformation and innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze systematically the status quo, existing problems and the causes of the problems, to explore the long-term mechanism of exerting the progressive effect of CPC branch on scientific research, so that the CPC members can play an exemplary role in the scientific research.
