摘要
以农村教育投入的制度创新为视角,以国民平等原则作为制度创新的核心理念,从财税制度、户籍制度和教育投资制度等方面分析其存在的问题,并从这三方面提出制度创新的思路。
Based on the basic principle that every citizen is equal, this paper analyzed the problems in education investment in the rural areas from such aspects as the system of finance and taxation, system of registered residence and the system of education investment in China, and put forwards some ideas about education system innovation.
