摘要
汽车轻量化和安全性要求不断提高,推动了液压成形技术飞速发展。但由于液压成形零件中间为空心,液压成形零件上的孔不能采用普通冲孔方法进行加工,需采用一种新的工艺。本文介绍了管材液压冲孔工艺原理及分类,分析了各种液压冲孔工艺的优缺点和适用范围,指出了不同冲孔方式对零件表面的影响。在此基础上,介绍了国内外在液压冲孔理论研究和实际应用方面的进展,指出了液压冲孔研究方面亟待开展的工作。
The technology and the classification of hydro-piercing on tube have been introduced in the text. The advantage and disadvantage of the technology and application area have been analyzed with the influence of different piercing technology on work piece surface given. Further more, the research in theory and application inside and outside of China has been introduced, which points out the next work on hydro-piercing research.
